Frank Henderson

WORKS

Kansas House District 6

Service & Solidarity

Frank Henderson is not a career politician—

he’s one of us.

An Army veteran, a father of six, and a proud union member for 27 years, Frank knows what it means to put in the work, stand up for others, and fight for a fair deal. He believes politics should be like good negotiations: honest, practical, and no BS.

“What’s going on in this country right now is the same thing management does to weaken unions and labor power—divide us, turn us against each other, and keep us from paying attention to what really matters.”

About Frank

Frank lives in Louisburg, where he has made his home for nearly six years. Raised on his family’s farm in Missouri, Frank learned firsthand what it takes to keep a family farm running and a household afloat. He understands the values of hard work, community, and showing up for one another.

Frank served in the U.S. Army as a communications signal corps member and later built his career in manufacturing. He has been a proud union member, first with AFSCME and then with the UAW for 26 years, standing alongside working people and fighting for fair wages, safe workplaces, and dignity on the job.

A proud father of six and husband to his wife Teresa, Frank decided to run for office because he believes it’s time to stop watching from the sidelines and start making things better for working families. Guided by the values of hard work, family, and service, Frank is running to be a voice for everyday people.

“I don’t make promises I can’t keep, but I promise I’ll show up and work for people."

We've got to fund our schools, fix property tax, and help Kansas families get by. Compromise doesn’t have to mean compromising our values—or people.

And we're all in this together.
